Digital Commerce Coordinator – China

The Digital Commerce department is managing the company’s fast growing global e-commerce business as well as the development and execution of Digital marketing and omni-channel strategies.

Your role

We are looking for a Digital Commerce coordinator who can assist in localizing our digital commerce to the Chinese market. In order to succeed in this role, you need to hold a broad knowledge of doing e-commerce business, as well as being updated on the social media trends, in China. As a part of the Acne Studios Digital Commerce department, you are a great team player with the ability to work independently. Your main objective will be to support brand awareness and online sales in the long term on the Chinese market.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Social media management. Working closely together with the Acne Studios Social media manager, you will set up and maintain official brand channels on social networks in China. You will adapt existing social media content calendar for the Chinese market and post updates in local language on a regular basis.
  • Digital merchandising. You will advice the Digital Merchandising department on adaptation of the digital commerce strategy for China, assist with translation, and administrate the local website. Following the overall Marketing calendar, you will assist with localized digital merchandising plan.
  • Assisting with customer care. Give excellent service and support to Chinese customers through all channels such as e-mail, live chat, telephone, and social media. Working with the Acne Studios Customer care team, you will develop an intimate knowledge of our customers’ needs and our products.
  • Digital marketing management. Identify and execute new digital marketing initiatives to drive sales and generate return on investment that are relevant to the Chinese market. Assist with localized digital marketing strategy and maintain awareness of local key influencers.

Your background

Documented e-commerce experience, preferably of doing e-commerce business in China
Experience of social media management in China

What you need to succeed:

Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
A broad knowledge of Chinese e-commerce and an interest in social media trends
An ambition to give excellent customer service
A genuine interest in contemporary culture and general trends

The position is part time 40%, based at Acne Studios HQ in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Digital Merchandising manager. You are required to possess a Swedish work permit. As we interview candidates continuously, we ask you to kindly register your application as soon as possible.
